Get in touch
Email hi@ac0.ai for help in English, Swedish or Spanish. Include your phone model, app version and what went wrong. Never send a password or sign-in link.
Open FitForGod or use the store links on the homepage to install the latest app.
Signing in and joining a group
Enter your email in the app, open the newest sign-in email on the same phone and tap the link. Check spam if it does not arrive. If a link expires, request a new one. Use the same email to return to your existing account.
Open your group invitation on your phone or enter its code in the app. You can create your own group and invite people you know. Ask the group leader if an invitation no longer works.
Sharing steps
A leader can create a step challenge with a daily goal. Open Today to share the phone's current total or enter it manually. Sharing again updates the same day instead of adding the total twice. You can share progress below the goal and update it later. The check-in counts as complete once you reach the goal on a scheduled day.
On iPhone, allow Motion & Fitness in Settings → Privacy & Security → Motion & Fitness. On Android, allow Steps access in Health Connect. Android may need the Health Connect app and a connected app or device that supplies step data. If there is no data or permission, manual entry still works.
Access is optional and read-only. A count is only sent to FitForGod and your group when you choose to share it. Revoke access in device settings at any time. Undo today's check-in to remove its shared total, note and photo; contact support to remove older content.
Missed days and reminders
You remain in a challenge after missed days. Return with the next scheduled check-in. Rest days and grace days follow the group's schedule. Optional email reminders can be turned off in the app's Help screen.
Report or block a member
Use Report below a group post to flag inappropriate content for review. Use Block to hide that member's posts and prevent encouragement between your accounts. You can unblock members in Help. Blocking does not remove group membership or hide shared group totals. A group leader can remove a member, and you can leave the group.
You can also report a problem to hi@ac0.ai. Include the group and relevant date or post so we can find it. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Delete your account or request your data
In the app, open Help → Delete account and confirm. If you lead a group with other members, transfer leadership or delete the group first. Deletion removes your profile, check-ins, shared step totals, notes, encouragement and uploaded photos.
If you cannot use the app, visit Delete account or email us from your account's email address. Contact us to request access, correction, export or deletion of specific data. See our privacy policy for your rights.
