Terms of use

FitForGod is a free app for private group activity challenges, daily check-ins and encouragement, operated by AC0 AI, S.L.U.. These terms apply to the app and fitforgod.app. By continuing to sign in and use the service, you agree to these terms. FitForGod is intended for adults aged 18 or over.

There are currently no subscriptions, in-app purchases or paid challenges. Any future paid offering would have its price and separate purchase conditions shown before you choose to buy. See our legal notice for company and contact details.

Use an email address you control and keep sign-in links and credentials private. You are responsible for your account and the content you submit. Share group invitations only with people you want to join. Group members can see group participation and the content you choose to share.

Group leaders choose challenges and can remove members. You can leave a group or delete your account. If you lead a group with other members, transfer leadership or delete the group first. A missed day does not remove you from a challenge.

Choose activity appropriate to your circumstances and stop if it causes pain or you feel unwell. FitForGod is a habit and community tool, not a medical device, diagnosis or treatment service. Seek qualified advice when needed. Challenges do not guarantee a health or fitness result.

Step counts may differ between devices and are estimates. Reading phone steps is optional. You can enter a total manually. When you explicitly share a total, it is stored with your check-in and shown to your group. You can correct or undo today's check-in; contact support to remove older shared data. See the privacy policy.

Do not post illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, harassing or discriminatory content, exploit children, share someone else's private information without permission, impersonate others, send spam or promote dangerous challenges. Only upload content you have the right to share.

You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to operate the service for you and your group. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to the limited retention described in the privacy policy.

Use Report on a group post or email hi@ac0.ai with the issue and enough information to locate it. You can block a member's posts and encouragement. Blocking does not remove either person from the group; the membership list and shared group totals remain visible. We may remove content or restrict accounts for violations, security or legal reasons. Contact support if you believe a decision is wrong.

We aim to keep FitForGod working reliably, but maintenance, technical faults and third-party services can interrupt availability. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with other users.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Spanish law applies, without taking away mandatory protections or access to courts available to consumers in their country of residence.

You may stop using FitForGod at any time. Account deletion removes your account and associated content. We will publish changes to these terms here with the updated date and communicate material changes through the service or your account email before they apply where required.
