Privacy policy

We process your email address, display name, language, time zone, group memberships, challenges, check-ins, notes, encouragement, and photos you choose to upload. Our infrastructure may also process basic request information such as IP address and device or browser details for security and service operation.

We use this data to authenticate your account, provide group challenges and progress, deliver sign-in links and optional reminders, protect the service, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data and do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

FitForGod uses service providers to operate the product: Vercel for application hosting, Turso for the database, Cloudflare R2 for uploaded photos, and Brevo for transactional email. They process data on our behalf under their respective service terms. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.

Network traffic uses encryption in transit. The mobile app stores the session credential in the operating system's secure storage. Group content is visible only to authenticated members of that group, subject to each feature's access controls.

We keep account data while the account is active. You can delete your account from the mobile app or use our public deletion page. Account deletion removes the account and its check-ins, notes, encouragement, and uploaded photos. A group leader must first transfer leadership or delete the group so other members are not left without an owner. Limited records may be retained when legally required or temporarily in encrypted backups.

You can change your name, language, time zone, reminder preference, group memberships, and content inside FitForGod. You may request access or correction by contacting hi@ac0.ai. This policy will be updated here when our data practices materially change.
